Introducing Ink Architecture’s project in Waipa, Waikato is a standout example of modern farmhouse architecture, expertly crafted for family living. This architectural masterpiece balances raw rural charm with refined contemporary details. The design features robust timber framing, exposed steel beams, and rich cedar cladding that accentuates the structure’s striking gable volumes—each interconnected with cedar links to create a dynamic and cohesive aesthetic. The expansive open-plan living wing, enhanced by dramatic gable-end glazing, floods the interior with natural light while framing sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.

Inside, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The incredible kitchen serves as the heart of the home, designed for both style and function, while tiled showers and a state-of-the-art ducted heat pump system ensure modern comforts and efficiency. Outdoor living is elevated with beautifully crafted Kwila decks, offering an inviting space for relaxation and entertaining in harmony with nature.
