Completed in 2022, California Love is Andrew and Hannah’s classic Californian Bungalow style dream home. The cherry on top came a year later, when the build brought home multiple awards at the Master Builders House of the Year 2023 Competition. As both the owner and builder, Andrew was able to showcase his superior craftsmanship, with meticulous detailing and custom cabinetry throughout the interior of their house. This ultimately nabbed them both the Category Gold Award and Regional Gold Award.
